Booking appointments
All appointments can be made either by booking online 24/7 or by phone during business hours. Outside of business hours, calls will be returned within 24 hours, except on weekends.
When making an appointment, please provide us with the following information:

Desired type of session
(Consultation, Acupuncture, Acupuncture with Massage, Facial Rejuvenation, Detox weight loss program, or to consult for customized herbs) -
Desired date and time for the session
Arriving for your appointment

New Clients:
We will send you our intake forms through your e-mail. Just print, fill out the form and bring them on your first appointment. If you wish to fill out the forms on your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to have time completing the intake forms to save your treatment time. -
Follow up Clients:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to have a chance to relax and relinquish some stress.
Cancellation or Reschedule Policies
PAUL ACUPUNCTURE AND WELLNESS® PLLC requires notification of either cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours advance notification is given, you will be charged a Late fee of $65.00.
In the case of an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment.
Coupons, Vouchers or Gift cards

Coupons, Vouchers or Gift cards recipients are subject to our appointment policies.

Coupons, Vouchers or Gift cards purchased online expire within a certain date of purchase. Please refer to your coupon's fine-print.
